Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, we begin the production process immediately; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or customer error.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at awawiffle@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Upon evaluation, if the mistake was on our end or the item arrived damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom-manufactured, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Standard made-to-order apparel or goods.

  • Personalized or special orders.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Please note that the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling off period) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since our items are manufactured only after an order is placed, they fall under this legal exception and are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., a replacement is unavailable for a damaged item), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
